Blueberry Overnight Oats

Combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar.

Use:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Top with blueberries and chill overnight before serving.

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
